objectives :
1) Setup CAPsMAN configuration for wireless setting which include such as SSID and additionally binds together with channel,datapath,security and provisioning
2) Setup CAPsMAN features which consist the number of controlled access point (cAP) that provide wireless connectivity and system manager (CAPsMAN) to manage the configuration of the access point (APs)
3) Setup MikroTik Hotspot Gateway to provide authentication for client before access to the network
