Title : Motorcycle Radiator Misting System for Naza Blade 650 Using ESP32 and DS18B20 with Integrated Speedometer Signal Tracking
Objectives :
1. To design and develop a hardware interface using an ESP32 microcontroller that
integrates a DS18B20 waterproof temperature sensor and an optocoupler circuit to
safely isolate and read 12V speedometer pulses.
2. To develop a "Smart Misting" control algorithm using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM)
to intelligently trigger a 12V water pump only when the engine temperature exceeds
95°C and the vehicle speed is below 15km/h.
3. To evaluate the cooling efficiency of the system by measuring the rate of temperature
reduction during real-world testing and logging the data to an IoT dashboard for
performance analysis.
